Reducing waste: Learn from Norwegian projects
Each year, the construction industry produces 1/6 of all waste. Since all waste is by definition a waste of resources, we must rethink how to reach our climate goals. In short, the construction industry must move away from recycling into preventing waste from even occurring. Norwegian projects highlight a potential of 4.080.000 tons of reduced CO2 emissions, which is ¼ of Norway's obligation under the Paris Agreement.
